Terms of Workshop Use

Terms governing Switch Relaygrid technical analysis workshops, educational materials, bookings, and website use in Georgia.

Acceptance and provider

These terms apply when you use switchrelaygrid.world, register for a workshop, or book a private chart review with Switch Relaygrid in Tbilisi, Georgia. By confirming a booking, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not book or use restricted workshop materials.

Educational scope

Our sessions teach chart-reading concepts including trendlines, swing points, market structure, and invalidation. Content is general education, not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. We do not recommend securities, execute trades, manage funds, or guarantee results. You remain responsible for financial decisions and should seek authorised advice where appropriate.

Booking and conduct

A booking exists only after written confirmation and any stated fee is received. You must provide accurate contact information and follow reasonable classroom instructions. Recording a session, disrupting other participants, sharing another person’s financial information, or presenting promotional material without permission is prohibited. We may remove a participant for serious misconduct without refund.

Intellectual property

The website, chart packs, worksheets, text, and original teaching materials belong to Switch Relaygrid or their identified licensors. A booking gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for private study. You may not publish, resell, record, or distribute them without written permission. Market data and third-party chart imagery remain the property of their respective providers.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care in preparing workshops, but market examples can contain errors and historical outcomes cannot predict future conditions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damage, or decisions made from educational content. Nothing excludes liability that Georgian law does not permit us to exclude.

Events outside reasonable control—including severe weather, building closure, illness, transport disruption, or power failure—may require a changed instructor, date, venue, or delivery mode. We will offer a reasonable alternative or refund where required by our refund policy.

External links are provided for context; we do not control third-party sites. We may correct, suspend, or update this website without promising continuous access.

Governing law

These terms and related disputes are governed by the laws of Georgia. The courts of Georgia have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right that applies. Contact contact@switchrelaygrid.world with a concern so we can first attempt a practical resolution.
