Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Refund and rescheduling terms for Switch Relaygrid technical analysis workshops and private chart reviews.
Cancelling a workshop place
Email contact@switchrelaygrid.world with your name, session, and booking date. Requests are effective when received.
- At least 7 full days before the start: full refund.
- Between 72 hours and 7 days: 50% refund, or move the fee once to another published session within six months.
- Less than 72 hours before the start or a no-show: no refund, because room, printed material, and instructor time have been committed.
A substitute participant may take your place if you notify us before the session and they meet any stated prerequisites.
Private chart reviews
Private sessions receive a full refund or one free reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. With less notice, 50% is refundable. Once the review has begun, or once the annotated follow-up has been prepared, the fee is non-refundable except where the service is materially defective or law requires otherwise.
Cancellation by Switch Relaygrid
If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable replacement date, we refund the full fee. If a venue or instructor change does not materially alter the booked session, normal cancellation terms continue. We are not responsible for separate travel, accommodation, brokerage, or equipment costs.
Materials, partial attendance, and exceptions
Printed and digital workshop materials are included with attendance and are not sold separately. Leaving early does not create a partial refund. If illness, bereavement, or another serious circumstance prevents attendance, write promptly; we may offer a transfer after considering evidence proportionately. Your mandatory consumer rights under Georgian law remain unaffected.
Processing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 working days after confirmation. A bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. No cash alternative is issued for a card or transfer payment.
This website does not process checkout. Payment instructions are supplied only after we confirm availability in writing. For a refund question, email contact@switchrelaygrid.world before the relevant notice deadline.
