How Switch Relaygrid collects, uses, retains, and protects personal data for workshop enquiries and bookings in Georgia.
Controller and information collected
Switch Relaygrid is the controller for personal information handled through this website and our Tbilisi workshops. Contact us at contact@switchrelaygrid.world or at the address shown in the footer.
We collect information you submit, such as name, email, message, selected workshop, preferred date, booking correspondence, payment status, and accessibility requests you choose to share. Our server may record basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time for security and reliability.
Do not send brokerage credentials, account numbers, government identification, or unredacted financial statements. Charts submitted for private review should be anonymised.
Purposes and lawful grounds
We use data to answer enquiries, arrange and deliver sessions, issue administrative messages, maintain booking records, meet tax or legal duties, prevent misuse, and improve workshop planning. The grounds are steps toward or performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests in operating a safe service, and consent where specifically requested.
Sharing and international transfers
Information may be handled by limited service providers supporting email, hosting, file storage, accounting, or video calls. They may process data outside Georgia. Where an international transfer occurs, we use contractual and organisational safeguards appropriate to the destination and provider. We do not sell personal information or provide participant lists to advertisers.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Booking and accounting records are retained for the period required by Georgian law, generally up to six years. Submitted chart files and annotated review copies are deleted within 90 days after the session unless you ask for earlier deletion. Security logs are normally retained for up to 90 days.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Email contact@switchrelaygrid.world. We may need to verify your identity without requesting unnecessary documents. You may also complain to the competent Georgian data-protection authority.
Security, children, and changes
We restrict access, use reputable providers, and apply reasonable technical safeguards, but no transmission is risk-free. Our workshops are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children. Material changes to this notice will be posted here with a revised effective date.
